The idea for Sun Boat was born in a place that served as our space for rest and inspiration. The lake where we spent our free time is located in a quiet zone, where only electric-powered vessels are allowed. The absence of fumes and noise made the connection with nature completely different – calmer, cleaner, and more authentic.
It was then that the idea arose to combine electric propulsion with solar energy. We wanted to create self-sufficient boats that not only meet the requirements of quiet zones but also do not require constant charging from the grid. This is how the concept of boats powered by photovoltaic panels came to life.
Test Before You Buy
We are the only company in Poland that allows you to truly test a boat before purchasing. Most of our models are available at the Sun Marine rental on Lake Powidz. This gives customers the opportunity to personally experience the innovative solutions, comfort, and advantages of electric propulsion in real conditions.
It’s a unique chance to see for yourself what boating is like without noise, exhaust, or fuel odors before making a decision. The test allows you to evaluate not only the technical specifications but also the comfort, stability, and overall enjoyment of the cruise.

We create boats tailored to the individual needs and expectations of our clients. As one of the few companies on the market, we specialize primarily in self-sufficient electric boats powered by solar energy.
We offer a wide selection of hulls, colors, and additional equipment. Each vessel can be configured according to personal preferences – both in terms of appearance and functionality. This ensures that every boat we sell is unique and distinctive, just like its owner.

How do I order a Sun Boat?
The ordering process begins with contacting us - by phone, email or in person.
Select models can be tested at the Sun Marine rental company, located on Lake Powidzkie. Fees apply according to the rental company's current price list.
After selecting the model, we move on to individual vessel configuration, including: color scheme, engine type, battery capacity, photovoltaic system option, and additional equipment (e.g., lighting, table, audio system, etc.).
Based on the agreed-upon configuration, we prepare a personalized quote and detailed technical specifications for the boat. Once the quote is accepted, a contract is signed and a completion date is agreed upon.
After signing the contract, we begin the construction process. Each boat is individually assembled and inspected, ensuring quality and safety.
After production is complete, the customer collects the finished boat in person or by transport. During acceptance, we provide complete documentation, provide training in the operation of the boat, engine, and photovoltaic system, and demonstrate how to charge and use the system.
We also provide support after your boat purchase. We want our customers to feel safe and comfortable throughout their entire lifespan.
